Domestic Violence Teen Advocate

Full time position. To provide support and establish protocols of DV services to youth in Lucas County. Prepare and deliver community presentations in classrooms, youth groups, churches, and parent groups regarding teen domestic violence, child abuse and neglect in an effort to raise awareness, identify and support teen victims. Provide advocacy, and referrals to needed services. Serve as a liaison between schools, social service agencies, and other programs. BA in Social Work, counseling, or related fields. Some evenings and weekends. Must hold a valid driver’s license and hold proper insurance. Hourly rate: $19.00. Benefits available.
